Speaker, I do support this Procedural Motion though, according to me and the way I see it, it should give the Mover more time to explain whatever he is telling the country and the House. When we give the Chairpersons such ample time, we also give debate direction. I believe that Members should also realize that we are many and if you exhaust whatever you are telling the House, the country and the world, then you give chances to others. All the same, I do support this Procedural Motion."
