    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I also join my colleagues in supporting this Procedural Motion. I think the time allocated for Bills is adequate and if we use the time well, we will be able to do justice to those Bills. It should be noted that most of these Bills are actually discussed by the House Committees. I have observed that when these Bills come to the Chamber, there is a tendency from majority of the Committee Members to get a lot of time to contribute. I think we need to think of a way where, since Committee members have time to discuss these Bills at the Committee level, other Members who do not belong to those Committees are given time to give their contribution. Let them give an independent opinion other than the Committee’s opinion. With those remarks, I support the Procedural Motion."
