We cannot do away with the office of the Leader of the Majority Party or the Leader of the Minority Party, the chairpersons of committees and whips. I am sure, hon. James Ekomwa, is going to make it a second time so that he can begin assuming some of those positions. But your point is noted, hon. Ekomwa. Again, what I said is that the House, from time to time, will be at liberty to make adjustments to some of these proposals depending on the interest shown in a Bill or any Motion that is before the House. It is very useful to hear about it at the beginning of the session."
