    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute to this Procedural Motion. My position is that I would oppose this Motion for reasons that have been articulated by my friends. You realize that the membership is 349. In the last Session, just before we broke for Christmas some people said that there were Members who had not even made their maiden speeches and a couple of others had never spoken for more than two times.
