    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I know that the other side does not want to hear this Motion. I would like to thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this Procedural Motion. One of the core issues that a Parliamentarian is supposed to do is representation. When we came to this House, what happened is that we were trying to get all sorts of ways to “catch the eyes” of our constituents. I remember one of my colleagues told us that the best place to sit is behind the Majority Leader so that we can be seen on the television all the time."
