    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this is when the House wants to go on recess and the Motion for Adjournment is presented. If the proposed recess that the Motion is anticipating does not exceed 15 days, then that debate will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. But if it is the contrary, the debate will be there for three hours with not more than five minutes for each Member.
