    "content": "I remember that when I was in primary school, we used to have very articulate debates. You would make your point, and it would never be repeated. It would only be repeated if there was real need to do so. In this House, we need to do much more than this because there is a lot of walking around. There is a lot of disruption, with people having their personal discussions at very high volumes that are very disturbing. The whole of this morning, I have been disturbed by some Members who have been speaking very loudly behind me. I am not even concentrating!"
