Which language in the world is not rooted to a particular ethnic group? Which one? The language that is spoken by the highest number of people in the world is called Mandarin and it is Chinese. The second language is Spanish and it is spoken by the Spanish people. The third language is English and it is spoken by the English people. In fact, what this House is saying is: How can we cure the problem that caused Mbau to think about this Motion?"
