There are 47 Members of this National Assembly and the Senate that are below 35 years old and I am their Secretary. Now, I want to start by congratulating Mr. Sakaja for bringing this very important Bill that will ensure that the youth of this country will at least not have some promises on paper but in actual law that will ensure that they access 30 per cent of all procurements available in this country."
