"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the rules and regulations are very clear that you do not need to have a very big thing. You just need to form an enterprise and avail yourself for these opportunities. I know that the system now for registering youth is not very effective but we are asking the Cabinet Secretary for Finance in this country to ensure that the process of accreditation of youth and companies owned by the young people is fast tracked so that these people are able to access these opportunities.
