    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Bill removes what I refer to as welfare mentality from our youth. This is because what happens now is that most of our youth sit in market places even with their degrees and expect those who are able particularly politicians to give them handouts. I think that mentality for those youth who want to work will disappear with this Bill."
