    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Part 3 of Section 7 of this Constitution says that the State shall promote and protect the diversity of languages of the Republic and the people of Kenya. This Motion contradicts that Section of this Constitution. It is unconstitutional. It is the State to protect our languages. We cannot allow a Motion in this House that contravenes that. We cannot allow a Motion that wants to ban our people from speaking."
