    "content": "Secondly, I am persuaded to support this Motion even though the idea of mixing talent is very important. This is the only committee in all the committees of this House which is required by the House rules that we constitute it at the start of a new session. It could have been a very good idea and good practice if we also consider among all the 32 Members that there must be a few people who are good elsewhere. It could be good if we consider in future taking the opportunity, at least, to change some Members so that they can also play a key role elsewhere. We should also give an opportunity to other people who might have good ideas in the House Business Committee."
