    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I regret that certain committees of the House are not operational. For example, I chose to be in the Joint Committee on Parliamentary Broadcasting and Library hoping that I was going to discharge my professional responsibilities in that committee. However, since Parliament came into session, that committee has remained moribund. I have walked, on several occasions, to the Leader of Majority Party’s office until I have lost hope. My desire would probably be that I could move to another committee so that I can discharge my responsibilities in, at least, one committee."
