"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I could read that the hon. Member had good intentions. The problem is the way the Motion has been drafted but its spirit is good given the way things have been going on in this country since 1963. If you consider the implementation of this Motion, you will realise that it will be very difficult to implement it. If you go to a place, like in Western Province, where we have got the Luhya and other communities, they share the same platform. Sometimes they share the same platform. Even when they go to a baraza, you cannot say that they are going to use their own languages. So, even though the intention is good, the drafting of the Motion is wrong. For that reason, I would not like us to support this Motion."
