    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am rising on a point of order to seek direction from the Chair. Notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No.98(4), I rise on a point of order to request that the Speaker allows each Senator speaking on this Motion on the Impeachment of the Governor for Embu County to do so in five minutes so that as many Senators as possible can have an opportunity to contribute. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your indulgence, allow a maximum of 10 minutes for the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Leader of Minority, at the discretion of the Chair."
