    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. From the outset, I want to support this Motion and thank the Committee for, indeed, making us proud in this House. It is unfortunate that, indeed, the Governor of Embu could not, at least, consider Article 73 of the Constitution that requires him to be consistent with the purpose and objects of this Constitution and also his responsibility to serve the people rather than the power to rule.
