    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I understand the spirit of this Motion but the problem is about the way we want to achieve it. It is not possible. Discrimination in employment or tribalism cannot be ended by banning vernacular languages in public offices. If I want to employ Somalis in my Ministry, banning of the Somali language in those offices will not stop me from bringing more Somalis in that Ministry."
