Speaker, I agree that 15th February is the constitutional timeline provided for the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury is to table certain documents, including the one mentioned by hon. Mbadi and even the Budget Policy Statement. Since 15th February is a non-parliamentary sitting day, then on the next sitting day, which is Tuesday, the Cabinet Secretary will definitely be ready to provide those documents, that is, including the one he raised and the Budget Policy Statement."
