However, I want to just assure you that legislative proposals by Members will be given greater attention now that we have beefed up our Legal Department because indeed it is fair that we need Members moving as many proposals as possible. Where a Member discovers as you have alleged, and I want it to remain allegation, that the final product that is assented to is different from what may have been passed by the House, I think it is only fair to raise it first of all with the Committee and the Clerk’s Department so that if there are matters which are not substantive they can be corrected. I am sure in the Tenth Parliament you remember you made corrections to The Elections Act. There were some mistakes that you had made. I believe around Section 22 or thereabout of The Elections Act. However, the Leader of Majority Party can respond to the rest so that we know whether you are actually a Member of the Pan African Parliament (PAP) or you are just a Member of only Mbita."
