    "content": "Part III of the Bill deals with the membership of the LSK. Clause 8 of Part III of the Bill provides for special membership while Clause 9 provides for the honorary membership of the Society. Clause 10 empowers the Council to make regulations for non-practising members while Clause 12 provides for the rights of the various categories of membership of the Society both non-practising, special and the honorary Members. Clause 13 provides for the termination of membership to the LSK and empowers the Council in consultation with the Chief Justice to carry out determination on the grounds of such terminations."
