    "content": "Clause 23 of the Bill empowers the Council to establish committees for the better performance of the functions while Clause 24 of the Bill provides for the establishment of branches of the Society. The branches of the Society are specified in the Schedule to this Act. Clause 25 of the Bill empowers the Council to nominate a representative to statutory or public bodies."
