Temporary Deputy Speaker, look at all the structures that we have put in place; look at all the commissions that we have put in place, a large number of the commissioners or the people in these commissions are lawyers. It is our hope when we see this coming that we will now be guided by professional ethics, honesty and integrity. Because of that there is need for a body that looks at the standards that are followed; that ensures discipline and ensures that even the training is up to date."
