Temporary Deputy Speaker, with regard to promotion of ethical practices, every profession has its ethics. Without ethics, you cannot talk of an engineer, an accountant or a medical doctor. There is an attempt to enhance ethical standards in the legal profession in this Bill. Towards that end, I support this Bill because there is even a higher benchmark now in terms of standards for the lawyers.
