The Chair was very kind because this Bill has stayed in this House for too long, but I beg to move that the National Police Service (Amendment) Bill be read a Second Time. I will be very brief so that I can give more Members time to speak as per our discussions this morning. This is an amendment to the principal Act of the National Police Service.
