    "content": "When we talk about the Inspector-General of Police’s office, are we talking about the office which obeys the rules of this House? I raised an issue in this House when I was attacked and the Speaker said that I must be given security but the Inspector-General of Police has ignored that up to now. I am just walking like that. If I remind you, Hon. Speaker, what I raised that day was that I was helping somebody in Nakuru not to give a bribe of Kshs10,000. I was attacked and I have the P3 Form here. I reported the police officer and the Inspector-General of Police called and commanded the police officer – I heard him say:- “You know how to deal with Members of Parliament. If you arrest them take them to court immediately. Let them rot there.” This has been said by Members and we are trying to pass a law which will be against us. If we can be treated that way, what about the common mwananchi? I have the P3 Form here. I also have the ruling which you made about me."
