    "content": "Thank you. We all know that we have a problem in this country. We have a problem of indisciplined police officers. We have a problem of lack of order in this country in issues relating to police officers. We have all contributed and said that we need something to help this country to move forward. Let me tell you one thing. When it comes to the police and security of this country we do not need a divided House. We need a united front – one voice. We need A person who can make decisions and give orders that will be respected by everybody. We have a problem in this country right now between the Senate and the National Assembly. Everybody is saying that: “I am supposed to do this and I am supposed to do this.” If we create two bodies in the police force to make decisions we will get into problems; somebody else will be stepping on someone else’s foot and somebody will not be making decisions because they will be afraid of stepping on someone else’s foot.
