    "content": "As a Committee of this House, we are saying that let us cure this problem so that we can move forward as a country. We cannot allow human rights groups or busy-bodies to advise us on how to manage the security of this country. I urge this honourable House not to make a mistake of giving a human resource person who sits in Nairobi or in Nakuru powers to deal with issues of security in this country."
