    "content": "The law is very clear. The officer will only use a firearm where it is necessary. Somebody has just said that somebody can be killed while carrying a gun. Then what is the use of having a gun? If you do not use it, return it to the armory and they will keep it for you. Maybe, we can have rungus if need be. I am saying that because we must give the Inspector-General of Police powers to help this country move forward."
