We need to look at it, especially the transfers. Recently, a few ladies from the Administration Police (AP) were caught selling illicit brew right at the heart of Nakuru Town. They had opened bars and they were selling beer when they were off duty. They were transferred but they went to court to stop those transfers. Where is this country headed to? So, these are the issues we need to look at."
