    "content": "I rise to support these amendments. I do so because I am the Vice-Chairman of the Departmental Committee. I know that we did very good work because we discussed with all the stakeholders in our meetings. When we held meetings together with the stakeholders - including the Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution (CIC), officers from the Office of the Attorney-General and the Commission, the only thing that arose from the meeting that was against the interest of the stakeholders was life and property."
