I also allowed professor Anyang’-Nyong’o; his contribution was my own contribution and I said as much. We said that the issues raised by Sen. (Dr.) Machage should be canvassed at the Committee. Sen. Orengo, you are very fortunate because you will actually be in the Committee. I actually have an opinion but I felt I should not prejudice the work of the Committee. We do not want to prejudice the Committee from the Plenary. You can give the information to the Committee and I am sure it will be appreciated more, especially at this stage. So, let me go ahead and propose the question."
