He has not taken cognizance of the fact that we passed a Bill just this week on free cancer treatment. He has not taken cognizance of the fact that there are 28,000 cases per annum. Because of us abusing aflatoxins, GMOs and other stuff, we are likely to have, maybe – and God forbid – excess of 280,000 patients. The two centres are not adequate. Is it because you, Mr. Assistant Minister, are running a cancer centre in this whole exercise and you would like to continue being in business while Kenyans are dying?"
