    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we know that the youth have also been having a lot of difficulties in registering their businesses. I want to urge the Government to come to their aid. We know the Jubilee Government is able. We know recently the President launched a very important centre where we can get all the services at one point. I want to urge the Government to move forward and roll out this programme to all the counties so that when you are registering businesses and companies you will not be required to come to Nairobi to just search for a business name. We are in a digital age. It is possible to do all these even in a cyber café if we have proper systems. So, I am urging the Government to help the youth of this country so that they will not be hustling around and moving from their counties to Nairobi to come and register companies and businesses by rolling out services to the counties and digitising all the processes."
