Deputy Speaker, I would also want to add by saying that we must move beyond this law because we are only looking at the kind of procurement that we can get from the Government because the Government is the biggest market at least within our economy. I think the most important thing is to ensure that through procurement and putting money in the pockets of youth, we can enhance youth innovation. We can enhance youth innovation so that we can have the ideas that have not been able to be funded which are noble and transformative for our economy. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support."
