    "content": "As my colleagues have said, the major issue here is to ensure that it is genuine youth-owned companies that will benefit from these amendments. I think the loopholes of the age of the persons considered as youth has not been sealed at the company registry. Something needs to be done so that the registered companies are confirmed to be youth- owned."
