    "content": "Yesterday, we were able to pass the Uwezo Fund Regulations and this money will be used to help the youth address their concerns. Having been a banker before I joined politics, I can clearly tell you that the cost of borrowing money from the bank is quite high. Uwezo Fund will come in handy in addressing this concern and with this Bill now, we should be able to address the challenges of the youth. We all know that it is not possible to get employment for everybody in the country. Not everybody can be employed. If we can get a way of creating employers by way of facilitating those people with gifts of education and entrepreneurship, then this will be one such Bill that will address this."
