I have been trying to assist a few youths to register their companies and one of the conditions that they have faced is that they do not have to be all youth. Maybe one or two directors are of an advanced age. That is why some people might misuse the opportunity. Somebody else can bring on board 40 or 60 per cent of the young people. Therefore, we need to look at those requirements. Although we should not specifically say 100 per cent must be below the age of 35 years, we must be careful not to misuse the privileges that have been given and take what belongs to the youth."
