    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to talk on this Bill. I want to thank hon. Sakaja for bringing this Bill to this House. Awarding 30 per cent of the tenders to the youth is a worthy initiative from the Jubilee Government. You can see the unemployment rate in this country. Over 70 per cent of the youth are unemployed and engaging them in business at an early stage is a worthwhile venture.
