    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support this Bill that has been brought here by a youthful Member, representing the youth. I want us to look at it as such and not as if the Bill comes from the Jubilee. It is now the property of this House and I thank hon. Sakaja for bringing it up. I support the Bill or the amendments thereto because it seeks to establish that the youth gets, at least, 30 per cent of all public procurement. The wording is “at least”, which means that they can get even up to 50 per cent as long as we are going to assist The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
