    "content": "As we debate these amendments, I would like to say that we need to critically look at the Public Procurement and Disposal Act in future. That is because there are some aspects of this Act that are not good for the business of today. It gives more emphasis to procedures and processes. At the end of the day, it is not something that is compatible with today’s life."
