    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion by the Jubilee Chairman. It now looks like things are going on very well. What started as a campaign pledge from the Jubilee Coalition and subsequently as a Presidential directive is now becoming a full law, courtesy of our able Chairman, hon. Sakaja. It will be pointless for us to give the youth and women of this country the chance to do business with the Government, only for the Government to overstay with their money.
