    "content": "We have a case where the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has failed to pay its suppliers since 2010, when we had the National Referendum on the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. If we go that way, we will be impoverishing the youth more than they are currently. We should appreciate the fact that the youth do not even have access to bank loans due to lack of collateral. I would like some of those processes shortened, so that they can be allowed to even use Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) that they will be given for supplies as collateral for bank loans. That will help a lot. Thank you."
