    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, some of the companies that have come to compete for various projects in this country are provincial companies from China. We must take this challenge, and particularly the county governments. They should also establish companies that can specialise in certain lines of works – be it water, electricity or road construction – and grow them to a point where they can also compete with foreign companies. Nothing stops us from developing companies that can compete for works within this region so that we can develop. As a country and as the Jubilee Government, we know that we have Vision 2030 to fulfill. Vision 2030 requires us to ensure that all Kenyans, wherever they are, are guaranteed a good future.
