    "content": "So, as I sit down I really want to tell the youth of Kenya to seize this opportunity. This Parliament is key. We are very serious about availing opportunities. Yesterday we passed the Uwezo Fund Bill. Today we are giving them another opportunity to ensure that they get opportunities in procurement. They should liaise with their mentors and trainers to ensure that they take advantage of this opportunity. That way, we will all celebrate the advancement of the youth and the economy of this country. Thank you so much."
