    "content": "I would like to say that this is a fantastic enterprise for young people to be economically empowered. The youth of this country are very lucky because 30 per cent of public procurement opportunities is one of the objectives of empowering the youth. This is not the only one because we have many more which include the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and the Uwezo Fund. So, those are three big enterprises for young people to be economically empowered. So, the youth should have some information. Very few youths out there are aware of this."
