    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Motion because what is out there is that most of the youth and the women have been so enthusiastic about this. However, with time, because this Fund was not coming forth, this enthusiasm was going down. I rise to support and even urge the House that even though we have some amendments that are not very good for us, we go on and approve this for the sake of releasing these funds."
