    "content": "Order Members! Those who are withdrawing should withdraw quickly to enable us to proceed with the Committee of the whole House. The purpose of this Committee of the whole House is to consider the amendments of the Senate to the Public Finance (Uwezo Fund) Regulations of 2013. I would like to remind Members as we get to the work that we are going to do now, of the consequences of us rejecting or adopting the amendments. That is contained in our Standing Order No. 147. If we adopt the Regulations, the Speaker will pass them to the President for assent within seven days. If we reject them, we will go to the Mediation Committee. So, hon. Members, I am sure you have familiarized yourself with amendments as contained on page 10 of the Order Paper."
