Temporary Deputy Chairman, my contribution is in relation to the fact that earlier on, we had said that the sub-county commissioner will be an ex-officio member but that has now been removed. All the other members are substantive; that is the sub-county commissioner, the sub-county development officer and the sub-county accountant. But the sub-county representative in charge of youth and women now remains the only ex-officio member in that Committee.
