    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, thank you for giving me this opportunity. I have no doubt how the Kshs6 billion came into being to the Uwezo Fund. I am absolutely clear that people voted very well and that is why we could not go for the runoff. Therefore, our youth and women will be enjoying and I want to support this amendment on Regulation 18 and generally, all the amendments that have been brought here by the Senate. That is because we want to, for once, work together as this House and the Senate. The money that has been allocated here is for training and capacity building. Until we are able to provide for the women and the youth in terms of training, we will be cheating ourselves that they will be getting the credit facility to use it. So, I want to support this amendment and say that we are all happy. I was in the elections the other day and the youth and women were inquiring about the Uwezo Fund. So, let us not go back to the elections without approving the Fund."
